The Yuniverse Community Walk is a mindful gathering where movement becomes medicine. Held once a month, this event invites people of all ages and backgrounds to walk together in presence, peace, and intention.
As we walk side-by-side, we’re not just moving through space, we are:🌿 Releasing stagnant energy💭 Clearing mental and emotional clutter🤝 Building community through shared silence and conversation
Each walk begins with a brief grounding practice, a short breathwork or intention-setting exercise and ends with:
A light conversation.
