Hey You, My name is Sophia, but I like to go by Sophi. As a deeply intuitive yoga and journaling teacher, I guide you through mindful movement, breath, and reflective writing to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and heart. At The Yuniverse, we create intentional spaces filled with warmth and presence, encouraging self-awareness and healing, so you can feel grounded in every aspect of your life. My practice is rooted in authenticity and depth, inviting people to explore themselves with curiosity, compassion and love; and to listen inward and trust the wisdom that already lives within.
