Hello! I’m Sarah. I am a certified Life Coach practicing since 2023; I am also a tarot practitioner and have been a spiritualist since 2018. I take an approach to wellness uniquely rooted in unraveling trauma and grief, transcending into joy. I am here to create space for deep personal healing and safety in the container of our sessions so you can journey back into the world more grounded and centered. I firmly believe in order to embody the light in this world, we must also explore, unpack, and incorporate our shadows.
